What cryptocurrencies can I mine with your service?

EuropaMine provides cloud mining only on the SHA-256 algorithm which is used to mine Bitcoins. Payouts are provided in BTC using the current exchange rate taken from Bitfinex Exchange.

How long does the contract last?

ZEROFEE SHA-256 lasts 1 year and is free from any service maintenance fee.

How do I purchase hashrate and pay for it?

In order to buy hashrate you need to click "Buy Hashrate" in the menu bar and choose hashrate amount, then click the "Proceed" button. On the next screen, you will see the pre-order with BTC amount to pay. If you are compliant with your order, click on the checkbox below that reads "I confirm that I have read and agree to Terms and Conditions." and click the "Buy" button. The last step is to pay from your wallet to our address, then you need to wait that one operator confirms the deal. You will start mining within 24 hour from payment.

How to make a withdrawal?

In order to send/transfer funds from your account balance to your wallet, you need to make a withdrawal. You can create 1 withdrawal per currency every 24 hours. In order to do so, you will need to follow these steps:
. Go to your User Panel and select "Withdrawal";
. Choose the amount to be transferred and click "Proceed";
. Go to your email inbox and click on a link in the withdrawal confirmation letter from the system.
Generally, you can withdraw any amount (up to your total balance) from your EuropaMine account. However, there are several rules you need to keep in mind:
. Withdrawal is subject to a transaction fee, which is paid to the blockchain for transaction processing and confirmation. Currently, the following withdrawal minimums are present:
minimal BTC withdrawal is 0.00120000 BTC, where 0.00020000 BTC is paid to blockchain.
. Each withdrawal must be requested and confirmed by the user and must be started by an EuropaMine operator

How to create a Bitcoin wallet?

You can create two types of Bitcoin wallets: offline and online.
Offline wallets store your bitcoins on a computer and they do not require an internet connection. However, such wallets require a lot of space on your hard drive and your constant attention (e.g. it is recommended to make backups weekly).
An online wallet requires you to be connected to the Internet. You have to enter your login and password to access your wallet from any device and you don’t have to worry about its maintenance.
We suggest you to use Electrum or Jaxx as online wallet

How do I change my wallet address?

After you have set your Bitcoin wallet address, you can change it only 1 time a week. This is for your security. If you want to change your Bitcoin addess on EuropaMine you need to follow these steps:
1. You need to log in and go to Settings;
2. Find your Bitcoin wallet address and clik CHANGE
3. Insert your new wallet address in the new input area then click PROCEED
3. Go to your email service and find an email from us. There will be a confirmation link which you need to click. If there is no message, check your "Spam" folder.


Maintenance and electricity fees

Our ZEROFEE plan have not maintenance fee.

Why am I unable to withdraw funds from my account balance?

You can make 1 withdrawal 24 hours.
To ensure customer's account and balance security the system may automatically apply a hold, disallowing any withdrawals for the time the hold is active (7 days) if customer has changed his Bitcoin wallet address.
Please note that technical support cannot remove the hold before it is automatically removed by the system.

Can there be a negative balance?

No. If daily maintenance is more than daily mining, your payout will be zero.

UPDATE: new plan ZEROFEE have not maintenance fee, so your balance can't be negative

Account security and referral program

I've lost my password, what should I do?

1. Click “Forgot password” button in the login screen.
2. Enter the email address you used to register your account with.
3. Log in to your email and check your inbox for the password reset email. Make sure it is sent from @europamine.com.
4. Follow the link in the email and enter a new password.

It's possible to reinvest customer balance?

No. Reinvest is dasabled by default. If you want to reinvest your income you can withdraw it from your account and buy a new plan.

How does Referral Program works?

You have a customer referral code that allow you to be a sponsor for new customer.
Everytime a new customer buy hashpower with your referral code you gain 5% of your sponsored customer hashpower had bought and he get a 5% discount on his first purchase.
